We invite you to join us.  Everyone knows someone.

Area churches formed Faith Connections to stop the stigma of mental illness and battle the sense of isolation and rejection it engenders.

Through education and advocacy in the community and individual congregations, Faith Connections offers support and comfort to the mentally ill and those who care for and about them.

Group members participate in a variety of events throughout the year, and offer an annual conference each February.

Faith Connections' three foci are

  • Being active in the kind of
social justice initiatives that will remove stigma (such as the NAMI walk, etc.),
  •  Spawning
educational programs within churches so that they can be better
  • Supportive to members who have a mental illness or to families who have someone with this need.

Light dawns for the righteous,
and joy for the upright in heart.
