Eastern Daylight Time Subj: Looking for your help
Hi Everyone! Word of mouth and networking is the best way to go...Let's see where it will get me in these cases below- Now that I got into graduate school, I have to work on finding grants to pay for it. I'm exhausting my lists for grants and scholarships searches online, through the library, and at the Grant Resource Center at UNC. I have been advised to ask family and friends of organizations, groups, churches, clubs, etc. if they are a part of any entity that offers or would consider aiding in the financial aid for my studies in public health. If you are a part of such organizations, foundations or groups, please let me know. Of if you have other sites that would help, please pass on the information. And I'm looking for a used car, 5 speed preferably, to do a really interesting dance internship for the summer (also a part of my studies)--where I would combine dancing and public health, specifically nutrition in this case. A car is a must for the internship, as I will be doing grocery runs, cooking, workshops etc. and I can always use a vehicle for next year during my course of studies and dance research into public health. But maybe some of you have contacts or whatever. I want to know what you know if you know anything. My price range is around 1000, I know, very humble, but I have to start where I won't put myself into debt, and already 1000 is a stretch, Thank You!
